Si precisa, inoltre, che Google Analytics 4 anonimizza di default l’indirizzo IP dell’utente, che non viene né registrato né archiviato in alcun modo, ma acquisito temporaneamente solo per raccogliere metadati sulla posizione geografica dell’utente (paese, città, latitudine e longitudine della città), in modo tale da collocare l’utente medesimo all’interno dell’UE. Tale collocazione è utile perché, grazie ad essa, viene individuato il data center locale più vicino all’utente, a cui vengono inviati i dati prima di essere trasferiti negli Usa. Per di più, tale invio avviene tramite una connessione HTTPS criptata.
Google può anche trasferire le informazioni trattate a terzi, se ciò è richiesto dalla legge o se terzi elaborano tali dati sotto l'autorità di Google. Tuttavia, è possibile bloccare i cookies selezionando l'impostazione appropriata nel browser. In questo caso, l’utente deve tener presente che, se bloccasse i cookies, potrebbe non essere in grado di utilizzare appieno tutte le funzionalità del sito web. Al contrario, selezionando l'apposita opzione presente sul nostro banner di consenso, l’utente acconsente al trattamento dei suoi dati personali da parte di Google, con la conseguenza che i dati potranno essere trasferiti negli Stati Uniti.

The website www.bdo.it uses Google Analytics 4, a web analysis service provided by Google LCC (“Google”). Google Analytics 4 uses cookies that allow the analysis of the use of the website by users.
The information generated by a cookie about your use of this website may be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. However, it should be noted that, following the decision adopted on 10 July 2023, the European Commission has established that the United States guarantees an adequate level of protection for personal data transferred from the EU to those US organizations included in the list indicated by the Data Privacy Framework, which is managed and published by the US Department of Commerce and which also includes Google. It should also be noted that Google Analytics 4 renders the user's IP address anonymous by default, so that it is neither recorded nor archived in any way, but acquired temporarily only to collect metadata on the user's geographical location (country, city, latitude and longitude of the city), in such a way as to place the user within the EU. This placement is useful because, thanks to it, the local data centre closest to the user is identified and the data is sent to it before being transferred to the USA. This transmission takes place via an encrypted HTTPS connection.
Google can also transfer the processed information to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process such data under the authority of Google. However, you can block cookies by selecting the appropriate setting in your browser. In this case, the user must keep in mind that, if they block cookies, they may not be able to fully use all the features of the website. Conversely, by selecting the appropriate option on our consent banner, the user consents to the processing of their personal data by Google, with the consequence that the data may be transferred to the United States.
In any case, users can prevent Google from recording and processing the data generated by the cookie and those related to use of the Site, by downloading and installing the plug-in available at the following link http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=itde. Disabling will generate a "no thanks" cookie, which will prevent the installation of any cookies by third parties.
